    '72 70Horse Johnson Outboard Motor

    Vaccum lock in gas tube Symptoms: Will run at top speed for 25 to 30 minutes. Motor will surge, then slow down, surge, then slow down. Then the motor, I think, will die for lack of fuel. Could it be, that I sealed the engine compartment? Thanks in advance.
