    Ok this is the #'s i got off the engine <br />Model 115899C<br />Serial J0009053<br /><br />I did the search but could not find anything on it.

    1961 40 hp Johnson not cooling

    The engine runs great til you stop it. When you start it back up the hot light comes on. I have put a new Tstat in it.I also put a new water pump in it and both tubes are in place. So anyone know what could be worry this Johnson.
