1988 OMC V4 140HP outboard. Runs fine out of water at high RPMs and does not get above 150 degrees. Seems to pee water fine. Get it out on the water and start increasing speed and at around 2500-3000 RPMs the engine sounds like it chokes out or another way to expain is it goes to idle speed...
