Please help! In neutral my 1997 Yamaha Inshore 90 will rev to 4900 rpm. When I put it in gear it won't go above 2200 rpm with WOT. Changed fuel connectors (all) replaced fuel hoses, cleaned fuel filter and fuel/water separator, checked fuel pump - tiny leak but no tear in diaphragm. Bled carbs...
