Hi, looking for some assistance on a no start/no fuel situation: motor sat for 3 years. Prior to that is was hesitating on the hole shot and WOT.
1995 Mercury 115 2 Stroke.

Drained old gas first. Added new gas.
1. Verified spark to each cylinder
2. Confirmed...
