    yes removed rubber, but I also didn't do a very thorough cleaning, more inspecting the bowl for dirt and corrosion. it dies whether the motor is cold or warm. yes warm up lever is up.     ok i did the compression check, the top cylinder was 126 and the bottom was 130. So any ideas what is going on? it has dual carburators.
