Hey scout did you ever figure this issue out? I believe I'm having a similar issue. Pretty much ruled out fuel delivery and also have brand new carbs and still can get the throttle past half without shaking and misfiring. I have two new ignition coils otw today so I'm really hoping that's the issue.
