    Vintage 4 hp Mariner

    Does anyone know about the titles on this vintage of motor. I read that it wasn't until 94 that all outboard motors started being titled. How would I go about obtaining a title for this if I were to want one to be able to register it in my state?

    Vintage 4 hp Mariner

    This may be my first outboard motor. I've got a little flat bottom boat for the river near my place and I'm considering buying this one. I only need enough power to make it upstream. I believe this to have been made in 1985 and I don't think it's ever had fuel in it or been put in the water...
