Hey folks... is 1 1/2 turns from fully closed the correct setting for the carb on my 86 35hp merc outboard? Ran it last nite with the wrap around side cover and front cover off and it ran fine...idled down and was putting the side wrap on it and it dies or wants to. its like it starves it for...
