    FIXED IT. I took off the exhaust risers down to the Y Pipe both shutters were toast. So I took off the exhaust Below off and looked into the whole system with my Borescope and found all the pieces and used air to blow them to where I could get them with a piece of wire. But it back together...

    I am sorry but/ After I replaced the impeller I did put it in the water and it did not heat up but would not go over 20-25 mph so thats when I replaced dis cap rotor / sparks plugs and oil change, and has not been back in water since this was done. Because now fixing exhaust hope to test it...

    I pulled the elbows and both the flappers are toast gone so I pulled the tube that connects the exhaust to the outdrive (Bellow I guess) and one of the flappers was in the tube going back to the motor and the other one was stuck up in the outdrive finally got it out with a piece of coat hanger...

    I took the top of exhaust manifolds off the 4 bolts on top a removed them they looked good. Looks like a tough chore to take the next ones off that go where the Y connect so I am going to clean out vacuum and size down the hose and try to vacuum down to the Y tube and see if anything comes out...

    No I did not a few went out exhaust after I let it cool off and got towed in I fired it to put on trailer. So I need to pull hoses off and clean out?

    I lost my rubber inpeller on my 2002 Ebbtide 350 Mag MPI. boat got to 215 degrees. I replaced it and took it out boat runs fine but will not go over 20 mph. So I did a compression test and all good 155 - 165. HELP
