i have a 96 maxum 1900 with a mercruiser 4.3 and a four barrel carb. replaced the fuel pump, new starter, cap and rotor, plugs, oil and oil filter, fuel filter, and got the carb professionally rebuilt. put the carb back on and set the air/fuel screws back to normal but the boat keeps dying out...
