what do i need to undo to get the lowerunit off, so I can change the impeller? i have removed 4 bolts and 1 nut, but cannot figure what to do next

what does it take to remove lower housing, to get to impeller. I know there is 5 bolts, what else has to be undone to drop the lower end? thank you

what is the proper way to change water impeller on a 1996 force? should the shifter be in nuetral? thanks for the help
