    Fuel Pickup Barb Material

    I'm going to replace the fuel pickup tube on my gasoline tank and not sure if I should go with an aluminum or brass barb on it. The pickup connection is aluminum so I would think an aluminum barb would be better for corrosion. But... on the description of a Moeller anti-siphon hose barb it...

    So I contacted the manufacturer of the speakers, Wet Sounds. They said under no circumstance put them in the same compartment as the gas tank. Guess I got my answer.... will have to look for alternative mounting spots.
