    So I disconnected the shift cables at the motor, the cable from the remote was stiff and I had no movement from the the remote to the cable end at the motor…..as I gained movement on the cable end at the motor I heard a click near the remote… I then operated the remote handle and it now moves...

    Yes sir I will try to isolate the issue from the motor bracket. The prop spins free in N and locks into place when in F or R.

    I have a 1998 crownline 202br alpha 1 gen? Not sure of gear ratio. Anywho, went to leave the beach and I forgot one GD dock line the kids were playing with that was tied off to a cleet, reversed fine went forward Died, restart, forward died, x3. Seen the problem removed rope, now the shifter...

    I have a 1998 crownline 202br. Has a 350ci alpha outdrive. My issue is key on boat running or not when the radio is on and you hit any other switch; blower, trim, dash or nav lites the radio shuts off for a second then turns back on. Or if blower is running and any other switch is turned on...
