I have a Mercury 4hp 2 stroke SailPower engine, 0P005400, 1998, 4MLSP, Belgium. It runs but is far too rich and smokey. It spend s a lot of its time 4 stroking. The plug is black with carbon and so is the exhaust area through the prop.
