Hi, my Friends boat used to be Equipped with an Evinrude 25hp built in 1992 which seized completely and needed to be replaced. His contacts in Italy set him up with a 1988 Suzuki Dt25acrs.
It is however very slow in comparison to the Evinrude. We used to be able to get up to 40Kmh on the Venice...
