I have a 1996 Evinrude 50HP that will not go full throttle. I can go ¼ throttle with out a problem but as soon as I go full throttle I get one beep on the warning sound indicator and the motor goes into safe mode. I replaced the impeller and the VRO pump without any luck. Can anybody tell me...
