    OK guys very interesting. Impeller was spinning on the shaft. That explains why SOMETIMES it poured some water, and why it took time to diagnose, because first 2 times I checked raw water hose, it DID have water flow in it :D :D crazy. Impeller was Recmar. I don't know why it decided to start...

    OK now I understand :) My boat is 89'and engine MIGHT be 94', I don't have anything but ~1" hose going to manifold from th.housing Anyway, I am still scratching my head, Why the f doesn't Searay 160 have overheat alarm????

    Just wanted to update you guys. Problem hopefully found - intake water hose today when started engine shoot like a liter of water into the bucket and then nothing after :) So impeller/surroundings are probably shot, and were intermittently working yesterday, messing up diagnostics

    I wanted to put circ. pump back on and measure raw water flow. Does it even makes sense to measure raw water flow if there is zero flow out of the thermostat housing?

    Like I said, I have decent (visually) amount of flow from inlet hose, when I remove it from thermostat housing. But no water flow out of the housing to the exhaust
