I have a 2011 Tohatsu MSF20C, 20hp 4-stroke that has lost spark after sitting for a few years. I am having a hard time coming up with testing procedures and output values for the pulser coil, exciter coil, ignition coil and CD unit. Can anyone help me with the service manual pages or procedures...
