We have a Mercury 50 hp, 2006 (serial 1C014389) that recently began spewing fuel. When we took the VST apart, the float looked like it had imploded or exploded! Anyone have any thoughts on why this might happen? We've had it for about six months, but we've only run it in a container to flush...
