    what size kicker should I get.

    i run an 80 lb minn kota 72"shaft with i pilot on my fishing boat.set my waypoints and let it run it's course.i prefer it over a gas kicker by a country mile.when i'm trolling my max needed speed is around 3 mph at the most,usually 1.5 to 2 is the norm. if the waves pick up it's gas engine time...

    my thoughts too.i only ask because 2 other large lakes drain through mine after ice off and there is a lot of flotsan passing through before turnover and i'm hesitant to spend 10 hours of breakin time navigating my brand new,never seen water boat through all the garbage.i'm impatient to get it...

    Which deckboat 17-19 foot

    we looked really hard for a deck boat,hurricane,bayliner,legend and starcraft.we ended up with the starcraft svx.but the 210 instead of the 190 we originally liked.we wanted full windshield.you can get with/without in 17-23 ft.

    Post a pic of your starcraft!

    picked it up a couple weeks ago,just in time for winter in the Cariboo.hasn't seen water or engine break in.this is boat #6 in our fleet now.running out of room.
