    There should be a wiring clip under the mounting assembly. One for transduce and another for power. Try ordering new transducer (wires included with clip) for your model of hummer.

    It should have been cooling in both instances. But perhaps if the muffler were not hooked up snug it only heated from to much air. Maybe recheck lock key on impeller. a easy look.

    Was the exaust flapper expelling water when you ran with muffs and when it was hooked the water inlet hose?

    I hope you get it sorted when you get to it. FYI upon further inspection. I found a pinhole in my drive bellow that slowly caused the pds bearing to rust and fail. I'd have the new one in but auto store closed early today.

    I currently have this problem.aq125 with 270. I took apart the outdrive and found a milkshake with a rusty u joint.
