Yes that's what I meant. Like the flywheel is stuck. I can turn the prop and the shifter I did notice that it didn't work going in reverse shift, just neutral and forward.
Just did an oil change and Gear oil change the other day and I had put boat in the water to start up. But it is solid frozen. Can't start it up. I haven't pulled spark plugs yet or tried moving flywheel. Maybe I can try that? Idk.
