Ok my friend's g/f has a newer Fourwinns Horizon RS w/a Volvo Penta 4.3L .and it wont start.<br /><br /> When the key is turned all we hear is fule pump coming on. No clicks or anything else and battery is new. Engine doesnt crank at all.<br /> <br /> We thought maybe it was the ignition switch...
