    I haven't been able to identify the year. I thought it was 1975 because that year head gasket fit. Until I pulled the piston.

    The book is a Chrysler shop manual. The cowl tag says its serial number is 2312. Made in Wisconsin.

    I'm working on my 55hp Chrysler model 5551. The book is telling me it has only 2 rings per piston. Mine has 3. Am I missing something? I removed the lower piston due to low compression.
