    It has an electric choke and a manual pull-out choke as well in the front of the motor. I replied above but I think the electric choke was out of adjustment (didn't know it could be adjusted). Will see if it start in the morning cold. Thanks so much!!

    Yes choke is working but as I looked at it more this afternoon, I noticed there is a up/down adjustment for the electric choke. It's hard to tell for sure because you can't see the butterflies but I think it was out of adjustment and wasn't shutting all the way. I made some adjustments and...
