Hey all, new here.
Got a 96' 9.9hp that I don't get spark in one cylinder.
Compression is 120psi in both
Spark on plugs on the block is good off one but not the other.
- tried changing plug wires same issue same plug
- tried changing plugs around same issue same upper plug
