I recently picked up a '94 DT25 with a water pump issue. Impellor & housing had already been replaced. I replaced the crankshaft seal, water pump plate & gasket, as well as removed thermostat, and replaced the water jacket / exhaust gaskets. With engine hooked to hose, it's got a decent stream...
