    87 60hp Johnson falls at 3500 rpm

    I just bought this realy clean little boat with a 60 hp johnson, but it keeps falling on its face at 3500 rpm. I have replace the VRO pump, but took out oil injector and running a mix now. I have checked all fuel lines and see no leaks, and had carbs done also, but it still falls on its face...
