    Trying to identify this part on my Force 1991 70Hp. All the drawings I have looked at on line don’t show this part. Two wires ( green, green/ white come from the stator into this, leaves with blue wire going to the switchbox. Thank you in advance

    Thanks for your reply. No I didn’t remove the gear shift pin. I used the method you stated, but in a slightly different way. Started engine in neutral, selected revers, and adjusted the trunnions nut til it went into reverse, just need to fine tune it a little, but think it’s just about thei...

    Don’t know if this is the right area. I have a force 70Hp 1991. I can get forward gear, but when I select revers, no joy, pull back more get reverse but at high revs. Is there no adjustment on the cable, or is it all done from the linkage to the gearbox.
