poor performance in rough water. changed fuel tank, no air leaks in fuel hoses, good fresh gas, rebuilt fuel pump, stator and coils check out with ohm meter, motor drops one cylinder only in rough water, runs great in smooth water. don't know if it's the same cylinder each time or not, help...
