after running my Johnson 150 Ocean Runner around the lake at 3500 RPM or so and i throttle down to 1000 or so then bring her down further to 600 or so she will stall out . she will struggle to restart then will run fine at 600 or so into the marina She starts fine when i first get on te boat...
