    overheating problem,4.3 mpi merc.

    everytime i run my engine with muffs it will overheat. my question is;after starting the engine ,how long should it take to see water discharging at outdrive? my mechanic always says it does fine. i have to turn my hose volumn up to max pressure to get any flow while steam is coming from exaust.
