Hey everyone. I have a Nissan ns40cep. When you go past 1/4 throttle the engine cuts out like a rev limiter would. When you disconnect the battery cable from the battery the engine revs a little higher but still cuts out. Also the voltage at the battery cable while disconnected is 27 volts. Does...
