    Alpha one gen one gimbal housing wires

    Hello, im currently in the process of putting a new engine in my boat, and while cleaning the gimbal housing in the transom i noticed some wires under the steering arm. When i pulled the engine i didnt have any ripped wires hanging off so i have no clue what they went too. Anybody got a clue? TIA

    Hello all, a little back story, i grew up on a boat on Kansas lakes, and now i recently bought my very own first boat. It is a 1983 Webbcraft Wildcat, that has a Mercruiser 305. I got the boat for a couple hundred bucks, because the previous owner left it uncovered and it got rain in the engine...
