I have a 1994 Spectrum with a 1993 with a 90 HP 2 stroke Mercury O/B on it, onboard fuel tank. I found a 2006 Mercury 90 HP ELPT 4 stroke motor only no controls, to upgrade it. I am certain I need new controls what else would I need for the change over? Fuse panel? Gauges?
