I recently bought a 1978 55 HP Evinrude Outboard and I'm having an issue I haven't been able to work out. When I bought the motor the first things I did was have the both carbs pulled, cleaned, and rebuilt. Other things I've worked on/replaced that may have something to do with the problem...
