    bought used never run right, compression good 112-115 on all 4, carb cleaned, then clean and rebuilded and new floats, then clean again all new jets.all new gas lines. carb synchronization. new power pack,everthing under fly wheel new. changed the coils, new plugs. run good on muff no spiting...

    2001 75 honda

    will a 2001 honda run on a stand without the controls plug up by jumping the starter..it will turn but want fire at the plugs. can it be cranked without the controls?
