I have a 1992 Johnson 115 hp V4. I took it out for the first time the other day and as im throttling up it sounded like it was struggling to catch speed. Like wouldn't get on plane, but once it finally "caught" it got on plane fast. Its idling rough like when im just cruising through a no wake...
