Working on a 1997 sea rayder with the merc 175 and jet drive.
I have no propulsion and I can spin the lower drive shaft by hand. Am I right to assume a drive shaft is broken or a gear stripped? It was running about 50 mph, lost power and engine revved sky high. The engine still runs fine...
