    1979 115hp Mercury outboard - Tilt

    Noticed that last couple of times on the lake, Tilt hesitated to go up or down a few times. Just replaced impeller and after doing so, the tilt will not lower. Can hear the motor spinning, but no movement... Any help is appreciated !
