    Replaced impeller no water out of peehole!

    So I replaced the impeller but I cannot see any water coming out of the pee-hole.I do feel some air but that is it. I think i might be missing a hose i lower unit. Heres a couple of pics of lower unit.

    Wont start unless i add gas/oil mix in carb.

    I have a 1985 mercury 35 hp pull start.i can pull the pull start at least 30- 40 times before it even tries to start unless i squirt some gas/oil mix. I have a new fuel filter and rebuilt the fuel pump.didnt help.

    No water coming out of pee hole!

    I have a 1985 mercury 35 hp. I put muffs on started her up and no water coming out of pee hole just air coming out.impeller is new.could it be because im using muffs instead of a garbage can full of water?

    Can impeller make pull start hard to pull?

    So im having trouble pull starting my motor. I have a 1985mercury 35 hp. When motor is cold it is very hard to pull start. I can hear a squeaking noise coming from the lower unit.after about 25 pulls it gets easier to pull to where i can start the motor.

    Ive been trying to get motor to start but not having any luck.i know its a fuel problem because i sprayed some gas/oil mix in the carb and it fired up for a second.i dipped the carb in carb cleaner and that didnt help.idid notice the gasket between the carb and powerhead is missing.im thinking...

    Flywheel barely moves
