    I have a 2002 mercury bigfoot 60 hp efi. Serial number ot505062 model number 1-a60452zd. Motor starts and idles fine, when throttling up it wants to stall and stutter then catches itself and runs great at higher rpms. Changed fuel filter and plugs with no change. Basically in a docking situation...
