My 1999 120HP Force starts right up but bogs down when I accelerate the throttle. Sounds very throaty and won't accelerate as if not firing on all plugs. I pulled the carbs and they look clean and reed valves are intact. I have good spark on all cylinders, rebuilt the fuel pump and carbs...
