    cracked block test

    can anyone describe to me how to do a crcked block test on a 98 mercruiser 3.0 , i have water in the oil and replaced exhaust elbow, exhaust manifold and gaskets, head gasket and still have water in the oil..only thing left is head or block crack correct??
