Hi, this is my first question. I have a 2002 125hp merc ELPTO that will not tilt up or down. I have power out of the relays both ways, but no continuity throught the tilt motor. I suspect the motor is bad. How do I tilt the engine up to get to the elect tilt motor? Is there a relief...
