    Fuel Pressure Regulator

    My Mercury 2000 250 EFI smokes a lot and vibrates at idle and when trolling. It fouls plugs Runs too rich. One mechanic said fuel pressure regulator is probably the problem. Anyone had that problem and is it hard to change out?
