    2000 Evinrude Ficht 115 fouling plugs

    I purchased the 2000 115 Ficht with only 4 hours on it. Plugs were badly fouled. Put new ones in and they are fouled just as badly after 4-5 hours. Could this engine still be set rich for break-in? Any suggestions?
