I am running a 97 Volvo Penta and it has never had a problem but yestrday it cut off llike it was out of gas and now will turn over but not crank. Plugs are getting a spark and battery is fully charged. Leaning toward fuel pump or relay. Any ideas?? The serial Number for the motor is 4112033086.
