First I'm not an outboard idiot, just new to Nissan. Bought a 97 3.5 pulled the spark plug wire off and looked like the spark plug end broke off the insulator on the wire. Had a piece sticking out got some pliers to pull out and no go. Looked in and there is no usual spring or metal attachment...
